I love razer and I will only use it. But my hunts my v3 pro keep disconnecting after every 30 or 40 minute to the point where I get killed in my mmo games. Please help me

Have you tried different usb port in your PC?

Or at least different PC (without Synapse installed)?

Also I’d check other USB → USB-C cable (must be a data capable one!).
