The mousepad is recognized by the software and the lighting seems to be working but only a millimeter past the usb input hub. the rest of the mat doesnt light up.

Hey there,
I understand that your mousepad lighting only works for about a millimeter past the USB input hub while the rest of the mat isn’t lighting up. Could you please let me know what version of Razer Synapse you are currently using? Were there any recent changes to your PC or system before this issue started, such as updates, new hardware, software installations, or changes to USB connections?
Also, could you please provide a short video demonstrating the lighting issue on the mousepad? This will help us identify the cause more accurately. You can upload the video to your Google Drive and send me the link via PM. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view".
