PLEASE HELP - there was an unexpected error ( CANT RECEIVE SMS CODE)

Hi, I need help for my razer account. I was trying to buy top-ups for a game but it always stuck on requesting OTP to my number yet there's an error message contain "there was an unexpected error. please reload the page and try again". I've tried to reload the page over and over again but no to avail the error keeps persisting. and I can't process my top-up. hope you can help me.
