Please help -- Touchpad

I just purchased a new Razer Blade 15 base model and the touchpad is almost unusable. When two-finger scrolling, the screen shutters and the cursor randomly moves throughout the screen. Not to mention, the left click doesn't always register as well, occasionally I have to click twice. It's really disappointing as my previous Razer 14 was the best laptop I've ever owned and lasted nearly 5 years. I've tried the usual tweaks to no avail, e.g., Touchpad/mouse Setting adjustments, driver reinstalls, windows updates, & even Regedit curtain tweaks. Any help would be appreciated. I would hate to return the laptop and get a Asus. Best, Jay

Based on your description and the troubleshooting steps you've taken already, there is a good chance that this is a hardware issue. Do send me the serial number and a screenshot of your MSINFO32. I can use those to look into possible BIOS or firmware related solutions. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
