For concerns regarding your Razer Gold gift card, I recommend submitting a ticket or using the Live Chat feature by clicking the green chat button at the bottom right to resolve this in real-time. Please ensure to include all relevant information and photos of the card, especially the area with the over-scratch code. Follow these specifications:
- Use separate images for each item.
- Do not stack the gift card and receipt together.
- Avoid blurring or marking on the gift card and receipt.
- Reduce the file size as needed.
- Ensure images are clear and show all four corners.
