@Razer.Speedcr0ss, @Razer.Zionzedd - could you look at this?

It’s not the 1st time, when device is registered, and users cannot get 7.1 Surround activation code.


Yeah i have the same problem for some reason.  And i cant find a help page about this.

Please register your device to continue with your surround sound code request.

 


I have the same problem and i just cannot seem to be able to get the activation code no matter what i do


Can you also check if it’s possible to self-request a new code via this website? https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6052/kw/activation%20code/


i just says the same thing over and over again
