I undertand that you’re not recieving a code to authenticate your login. For Razer Gold account issues, I suggest that you submit a ticket or chat with customer service via Live Chat by clicking the green chat button at the bottom right to get this sorted out in real-time. Make sure to provide teh follwoing information below for account validation:
- Razer ID:
- Full name:
- Email address:
- birthdate:
