Be sure your’re typing it properly - common mistypes are “1” and “I” (uppercase i), 0 and O (uppercase o) etc.If you have Synapse 4 software, then go to mouse tab and (?) green icon at the upper right side - it’ll open a help window for your mouse, then you’ll be able to copy mouse serial number.
