- Researched online that Synapsys and Razer Central do not work well with other programs.
- Downloaded AutoRuns: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/autoruns
- Run AutoRuns as Administrator
- Search on the Everythings Tab for applications that are starting up you might think are causing issues.
- I turned off AMD Radeon process that were desktop apps but was still getting the crash
- I then turned off Corsair's iCUE program that runs at startup and that did it. Apparently Razer Software does not work well while other competitor software is running at the same time.
Plug in Tartarus Pro and Computer Crashes after startup
UPDATE*** I fixed my problem, see the Fix I did down below under my initial issue.
I recently purchased the Tartarus Pro (Monday and arrived yesterday) and after I plugged it in the computer would crash after I would turn it on. If the Tartarus Pro is unplugged, the computer does not crash.
Is there a reason this is happening and most of all a fix? I have a Naga Pro and I have had no issues with it.
I would like to get this resolved as soon as possible, because I do not want a $129 paper weight.
I noticed this morning that if I unplug the Tartarus Pro, start up the PC and then after a few minutes plug it in, the PC doesn't crash. So it is only crashing because it is plugged in at startup.
UPDATE Fix:
