Sorry for my bad english, english is not my mother language but I will give my best.
I just bought a Razer Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 and i wanted to set it up today. The problem is now, everytime i plugg the dongle in my internet crashes. But only on my PC not on my phone or anything else. I tried it multiple times already but it crashes everytime I do it. When I use my normal headset with a cable it works totally fine. I did update alle the drivers and I also reinstalled them. Does anyone has an Idea what I can do it?
