Plz help me anyone.

Okay so I here's my problem. I have the blackwidow chroma v2 KB and the Mamba tournament edition mouse along with wolverine controller and kraken 7.2 v2 Headset. But my issue is with the first 2 mentioned. My keyboard and mouse both with light up but that's it. Neither are responsive when pressing any button, or moving the mouse. I have all the apps and things, what am I missing here?? Plz any insight and aid would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there. Are they still recognized properly by your computer? Have you tried plugging them into another PC to see if the same issue persists?
