Poor Battery Life - Razorblade base 15" (2020)

Hey all! I purchased my laptop less than a month ago and I have noticed that whenever I use this device on just the battery, I'm getting about a 1 to 1 1/2 hour battery life with just basic browsing on the web, no other apps open and even with battery savor turned on. The laptop does get fairly warm as well even when it is under very little load however I know the chassis is meant to dissipate some of the heat just not sure if it should be heating up even when under very little stress. I have few gaming platform apps installed (Steam, Oculus, battlenet) plus some games installed, a couple of VM apps Avast Antivirus software I've also tried the troubleshooting step listed in the razer support page and disabled some startup applications which didn't seem to help much. I would appreciate any tips or support on this issue! I do enjoy using this device and would hope to not have to be completely glued to a power adapter when doing non gaming / CPU and GPU heavy tasks. Thanks!

    Unfortunately I am having this same problem, another thing to note is that my fans never turn off anymore. Even when on battery mode, I have limited my power usage on my PC by 50% but that still doesn't seem to help. I will try looking more into this and if I figure out anything I'll try to let you know. If you figure anything out yourself would you mind posting it here?

      Exact same issue here, battery life is just ridiculous, 1/1h30 min!

      Hi! I have the same issue. My blade 15 advanced model (early 2020) 2070 Super with Max-Q Design is lasting max 1h30 with lights off, brightness at low and battery economy "on". I need help. I only have my laptop since 3 weeks.
