I have an issue with my newly purchased headset Razer BlackShark V2 Pro.
Once installing the software and having my USB adapter inserter, I joined my favourite discord channel.
To my disappointment, I was told that my microphone quality is poor.
I have been searching for potential cause and found out that it does not seem to come from the hardware.
Once connected via Jack, the quality is much better.
I tried already to uninstall the drivers, together with the software Synapse (both together and separately), the issue is persistent.
The only thing I could find is that the sample rate is much lower on wireless (16bit - 48000hz) while once plugged via jack I may select a much higher rate (24bit - 2 Channels - 192000hz).
