Poor microphone quality razer blackshark v2 Pro, Only when in Wireless mode

Dear, I have an issue with my newly purchased headset Razer BlackShark V2 Pro. Once installing the software and having my USB adapter inserter, I joined my favourite discord channel. To my disappointment, I was told that my microphone quality is poor. I have been searching for potential cause and found out that it does not seem to come from the hardware. Once connected via Jack, the quality is much better. I tried already to uninstall the drivers, together with the software Synapse (both together and separately), the issue is persistent. The only thing I could find is that the sample rate is much lower on wireless (16bit - 48000hz) while once plugged via jack I may select a much higher rate (24bit - 2 Channels - 192000hz). Wireless sound advanced options jack sound options I was wondering if someone faced similar issue - any idea would be most appreciated

    Let me help you with this. Please do a sound recording at least 10 - 15 seconds using your Razer Nari Ultimate through wireless and wired mode. I can use that to take a closer look and look for other possible fixes. You can use Google Drive to attach the file, do PM me a sharable link for me to have access.
