Poor Quality Headset

I have purchased 2 Razer Headsets (wired) and BOTH of them broke in the same spot.  Shame on me for not registering them and shame on me for being foolish enough to purchase the second set, but I thought the first break was a fluke… but not when the headset broke in EXACTLY the same spot on both of them.  they are breaking in the Headband cover.  I work at a very very well known LARGE company and at this point I am telling all my team mates to stay away from these headsets

these cracks end up breaking all the way through
