Popping/crackling sound while using 7.1 surround sound

I purchased my headset today itself and the surround sound does not work. I went throught the Threads and i think the problem is windows version 2024 like the latest windows 10 update... but i cannot do anything about it, i need to wait until razer updates the synapse right?
