I have bought a 2nd hand Blackwidow v4 Pro with yellow switches.
It’s an absolute work of art! I do however have a few issues.
I am in the UK I noticed the keyboard was set to USA plus the key “2” has a “@” printed on it. Also, there is no backslash key to the right of the letter Z. There is also a key showing backslash and pipe above the enter key.
In the profile there is one called Bejamin’s MacBook Pro and it has a padlock next to it. Nothing I do removes this profile.
I have changed the keyboard settings to UK and for my location, that corrects the function of the key “2” although it is now incorrectly labelled.
Nothing I do makes the backslash / pipe key produce those characters. It produces “#” and “~” - this is a big issue. I am planning to use this keyboard in my work and I used the backslash something like 50x per day.
I’ve also noted that the key to the right of “1” is labelled “ ` ” and “~” but returns “`” and “¬” (I don’t really use this one so not too concerned).
I thought I might buy some replacement key caps so it looks UK format but I have pressed all the keys and nothing but nothing results in a backslash.
Is there anything at all I can do to resolve this?
