[Potential Bug?] Cycle Up/Down Scroll Stages Not Working with Onboard Profiles

I just unboxed my new Naga Pro 2 and was configuring the on board profiles to include Scrolling Stage adjustments. After dragging these profiles to the mouse, if I close synapse and cycle the profile of the mouse to any of the 3 I setup, the Scroll Stages do not change. However, if I switch the profile back to the white light profile, (the smart last used profile one) the buttons to cycle the Scroll Stages resume function.
Is there any way to have this apply to all profiles stored on the device instead of just the white one that snapshots the last used synapse profile? If I change the profile as it stands right now, I lose the reason I purchased the new device.

I wouldn't say it is a Bug but the big issue which should be fixed ASAP.
I have also recently bought Naga V2 Pro and overall when Synapse app is active it is great, but troubles start when using onboard memory (without Synapse app).
1. At first, major issue with scroll wheel stages. I have 2 profiles saved in memory (red and green) and no matter what scroll setting I have, it is always stuck on "Smooth Scroll". Even tried "Cycle down scroll stage" button, but it doesn't change anything. The only profile in which scroll stage works is the Hybrid one (white icon) but it only saves last profile when Synapse app active.
2. Colors do not work. I have set up static Quick effect, but it is stuck on Spectrum Cycling no matter what profile is chosen.
3. Modifier buttons (Win, Ctrl ...) do not work in macros when using onboard memory.
Example Macro: Ctrl+Shift+T (recently closed tab in chrome)
When Synapse app is active this macro works but on memory it only types T.
I have the latest updates and firmware:
Synapse app: v. 3.7.1209.121307
Naga V2 pro: v. 1.01.00
I tried reinstalling App and tried the same on different PC.

I have play around with settings and discovered more details about it.
To make sure that profile will update correctly to onboard memory, first delete profile from memory and assign it again. Sometimes, I would update the profile in the Synapse app, but later when I closed the app, the mouse profile wasn’t updated.
About Scroll wheel stages when using onboard memory.
I have managed to almost make this work but again with issues.
I enabled all stages (like on the screenshot attached) in 1 profile and then assigned it to all slots in onboard memory. Also set one mouse button to “Cycle Up Scroll Wheel Stages”. Then, I was switching profiles one by one and test wheel stages using assigned button and these are my discoveries:
Profile white (last profile when app active): All works fine
Profile red: only Custom stage works (and I guess “Smooth Scroll” too), the rest act like “Smooth Scroll”
Profile green, blue, cyan: only “Standard” stage has issue – acts like “Smooth Scroll”, the rest works fine.
Can anyone recreate these settings and check if the issue is the same without Synapse app active?

It seems that this error can not be corrected for a while, but my naga pro in the warranty period, has now been repaired and sent back to me, for the time being put aside naga v2 pro, which is claimed to be more powerful ......
I think I’m getting the same issues as other people in the thread - it seems like I can’t save profiles onto my Naga V2 Pro. My attempts lead to a spinning ‘loading’ style icon on the “Customize” page, and the profiles never seem to make it onto the device:
Synapse app: 3.8.228.22313
Naga V2 Pro: 1.01.00
I have a similar problem with naga v2 pro.
The "cycle up scroll wheel button" periodically fails to work (it stays stuck in "standard" even when I press it).
I am trying to reboot every time it doesn't work.
I have the problem on windows 11.
Mmm, I have the same problem, it seems. It’s got to be a very sneaky bug if it’s been here for this long!
I think Synapse just finished an update, so it is 3.8.1031.110912, Naga V2 Pro firmware is 1.2.1.0.
