power plan problem

Hi, just purchased a Deathadder V2. Plugged it in and it began to install software. Everything fine except now on my win 10 laptop, when I close the lid it goes to sleep. When I reopen the laptop it powers on but does not ask for a password, logs straight into win 10. I've checked the power plan options but I don't see and option to correct this. Any help appreciated
