powering on issue

i bought a razer black shark v3 headset to use for my xbox a few weeks ago and i’ve had no problems and it’s been great since. but i now can no longer power on the headset using the power button even though it is charged. i’ve tried to hard reset but nothing worked, and for some context i powered it on and used it for about an hour and left it sitting and when i came back it had powered down like usual but now im unable to get it to turn on no matter what i do. i’d like to know if maybe its a problem with the button itself but i would doubt it considering it was working fine before i left it or maybe some type of software bug but im unable to use the app for the headset to fix it as im unable to turn the headset on to begin with. any help would be greatly appreciated.
