Hi Everyone,



First time looking at a Razor Blade 15 series laptop and wanted to ask a few questions. I asked the chat support people but they would not give me a straight answer.



I want to place a pre-order for a 2021 model but have 2 questions beforehand.



1. Have they resolved the over heating issues and fan wining due to frame warping because of the heat? I understand I can turn turbo off to fix the old issue but really want to know if they have actually done something about it and what I can expect.

2. I travel overseas for extended periods of time and want to know the warranty issues with this, and if the extended warranty is worth it.
