I need to cancel a preorder for the new Razer Book. I was told I would hear back from customer support in 24 to 48 hours but it's now been over a week. The order hasn't shipped yet and won't until the end of the month. I'd like to get this taken care of before I have to deal with refusing delivery which isn't easy ideal when they simply drop the package off without so much as a knock. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
