pressing 2 activates F1 key?

Hi so I’m having this annoying issue with my Razer ornata chroma where I press 2 it presses F1 and when I press fn and f1 it presses 2 how do I disable this fn lock? Same with 1 pressing ~ and 1

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? Let’s try to reinstall your keyboard’s drivers by following the steps below:  

 

1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.

2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.

3. Go to "Keyboards" or "Human Interface Device".

4. Right-click on the Razer BlackWidow Elite and select Uninstall device.

5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.

6. The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts.

 

If that didn’t work out then shoot me a PM along with your keyboard’s serial number so I can validate it and look for other troubleshooting steps that we can attempt.
