The first three keys are processed, but the fourth and subsequent keys don't respond. Although your manual on the website for this keyboard states that it supports up to six keys simultaneously, the store told me to contact you because they can't refuse a refund or repair under warranty, as this information isn't included in the paper manual included with the keyboard. Meanwhile, I have a very cheap keyboard as a temporary replacement, a membrane keyboard costing $5-7, and I don't encounter this problem in games.
