Prevent mouse from sleep

I create a macro and start it (assigned to a mouse key) but my mouse is going to sleep after 5 minutes and the macro stops. I can change the time to 15 minutes max but I want to disable the sleep mode. I need this macro to work 1 hour. How can I prevent the mouse from sleep?

I have same problem.. i want disable sleep mode but i dont know how.. i dont want 1-15 min….

indeed this is annoying!!

I want my macros to work more than 15min!!!!

yea same problem here plz fix it razer

This is very annoying. I hope Razer works in a fix.
I use in MacOS and Windows and both have the same issue.

Which mouse do you all have?

I had a Naga Pro Wireless mouse and this “feature” was also problematic. Though, this wasn’t an issue with the Basilisk V3 Wired model (I’ve sent it in for RMA).

Basilisk V3 X Hyperspeed

^ I wonder if this bug/feature plagues all of the wireless mice?

When I briefly had the Naga Pro Wireless, I can’t remember if it still went into sleep mode while it was plugged into the USB cable or not… I was too busy trying to troubleshoot the frequent atrocious disconnecting issues. So I returned the unit while it was still under warranty.

It`s a problem or not of Windows and MAC > check this out and adjust the Power-Management =

And tell us if the Problem is solved

That of course does not work since it does exactly the opposite of what is being asked here. The mouse has to stop sleeping every 1-15 configurable minutes. Instead, the mouse has to stay on forever or allow to extend it to at least 7 days before it goes to sleep.

Yes, this is so annoying, its so dumb, why would the macro also not stop working if the mouse has been asleep, if that was the optimal way, there should be a user settings to set if the user wanted to stop the macro from working or has a never sleep option for the mouse.

I’ve got an Orochi and I’m facing the same issue. So frustrating. Why wouldn’t the macros come back after it wakes up. It’s literally unusable for me as I assign the side buttons on the mouse to switch between the Windows desktops. What’s the point if they’re going to be useless after every 15 minutes

I’ve got an Orochi  v2 and I’m facing the same issue. Submit a ticket to support team.
Tried to find where power sleep settings are saved in xml or json files, but no luck. Hope support team can help somehow or fix this in future releases of Razer Synapse app.

I am using razer orichiv2, I am not satisfied at all. The connection is disconnected while playing games when the mouse is actively used. I turn it off and on.
The mouse goes into sleep mode and does not wake up again, I have to turn it off and on with the button. I hated the razer brand

I have the same problem and actually can’t believe, that there ist no off-switch for sleeping-mode - which is a fixed feature in synapse, to have that clear.

Please add off-switch to sleeping mode. It is so dumb the mouse goes to sleep after 15minutes!

I have a Razer Orochi V2 that I use via bluetooth on my MacBook Air M2, it works well and even with 3rd party tools allowing me to use the side buttons and adjust its speed and scrolling, I still have the issue of it going to sleep after 3-5 mins of not moving it, I really want it to operate similarly to Windows, it doesn’t sleep there or maybe does every 15 mins which I dont notice because 15 might be more than enough for my use. I really hope Razer fixes this or just creates a compatible app for Mac users which allows for all these settings to be adjustable like Windows. But for now, is there any way I could prevent it from going to sleep?
