Acquired razer pro click mouse in 2020 and it had worked fine until yesterday.

It simply turned off. I'm certain it had plenty of charge, but just in case, I plug it in to see if that was it and I simply get no response from it.

No lights, nothing at 2.4/dongle setting, nothing at BT setting, nothing showing up on Synapse. Don't know what to do next. Paid good money for this when released, I hope there's a fix or support.

Does anyone know how I can solve this problem?
