My mouse has stopped working.

It is not recognized both Bluetooth, wireless with the dongle or with USB cable.

The lights do not blink, nothing happens after 3 second long press on any button.

It does not charge.

The mouse worked fine on both Mac and Windows, now it is dead.

It stopped working after 3 months of use.

I take very good care of my equipment and this was my first ever razor purchase.

For comparison my previous mouse by Microsoft Ergo - and Logitech Comfort MX Ergo lasted 6 and 4 years respectively, this one 3 months. This must be a joke i guess.

I filed an RMA request 211201-003630 but i don't have high hopes to be honest

I got it from a retailer in my country and i think it has guarantee.

But what bothers me is that this happened at all, mind you after 3 months of use! And not to me and to other users as well! This speaks enough for me.

Based on those stories and my own experience I shall never do the mistake to buy another Razor product ever again.
Just wanted to say that my local dealer RMA-d it, no questions asked.

I already bough a new mouse, but now i will have a Spare Razor as well!

Apologies for my rants i was very upset.
Sorry to jump in on your post but I would also like to say that my Razer Pro Click also died suddenly in the same way after less than 3 months use.
A little early in the diagnosing but might be the same situation for me. Probably about 3 months old. Worked fine but would lose wifi connection every couple of weeks. Not a big deal, just pull the wifi dongle out and put it back in and it'd reconnect. It just did it again but this time the switch on the bottom of the mouse never started flashing, it just went dead. Neither the BT or wifi settings work anymore so it seems like the mouse is completely dead except oddly enough the optical sensor red light is still on. Checked the usb cable with another micro usb device and it powered on so it's not the cable. I don't know at this point.

Edit:

Just unplugged it from a usb charging hub and plugged it into a monitor connected to my laptop (no usb A ports on my laptop). It seemed to reset it and now it's working. I know...it should have been the first thing I tried. I can confirm it wasn't the battery dying due to the hub though because I just checked the power by checking the bluetooth info and it's at 91% which means it's been charging. So my guess is some connection hiccup caused it to not be able to switch between modes and hardwiring it allowed it to reset itself.
