Just got this mouse delivered today and it was at like 20 percent out of the box so I plugged it in and its been nearly 2 hours and it is barely above 30 percent. Ive swapped cables, USB ports and reinstalled synapse… any ideas would be appreciated

Hey, got his mouse today and was wondering the same. It’s been 2 hours, went from 25% to 35% in a hour, and since it just went 1% up … stuck at 36% since. I plugged in the back of the PC, I got an USB port with a “SS” logo, it is supposed to charge faster, but am still at 38%. I set the polling rate to 125Hz, cut the light and am not using it while it charges … Since it take so long, I hope it will work for the 6 months advertised 🙏
I got this mouse today and facing same issues, the mouse charging super slow. I used Anker A2345 too see how the power delivery to the mouse. Seem the mouse not continue charging process somehow, it receive 0.4 to 1.5W for a few seconds then drop down to 0W and repeat. I never see one device have this charging behavior before.
I use a 5v 2amp dumb charger for my Razer devices including this and while slow it gets it done. Good news as a secondary mouse this thing lasts forever.
