I have a Razer Pro Type (updated to the latest firmware) which connect using both the dongle (2.4 GHz mode) and bluetooth. But when the switch is set in the middle (neither bluetooth or 2.4 GHz), it does not work in wired mode (plugged into USB C port on the keyboard). Tried resetting the keyboard by inserting a paperclip in the reset hole.
The specs state that this keyboard works in wired, bluetooth and 2.4 GHz dongle mode.
I’ve tried different USB C cables (the original cable and other cables), different PC’s and Macs, to no avail.
Any suggestions?
