Pro Type Ultra DOA?

Received today, seemed to work briefly, but now the left most column of keys do not work. (Esc, Tilde, Tab, Caps Lock, etc). Also, now when first connecting with 2.4 there is a bunch of key spam until I mash a number of keys to stop it. Connecting with USB the system detects something, but not as a keyboard (saw Razer bootloader once). Connects on BT without the weird spam issues, but the same column of keys on the left do not work. Tried on 3 different computers. Tried resetting with the small switch. Pro Click that came with it works perfectly fine.

    That's a bummer! You mentioned the issue persists on multiple computers, have you tried checking in the device manager for any driver errors? Are you experiencing the same problem on both BT and 2.4hz connections? Install the Synapse 3 application for it to fetch all the necessary updates and drivers for your device.
