Hello,

I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, but I am having an issue activating the 7.1 Surround Sound feature.

When I try to register the product on your website, I receive a message saying that the product is already registered. I did not register this product before.

Serial Number: HN2151D25003018

Could you please help me resolve this issue or advise on what I should do next?

Upon checking, it would seem that your headset's serial number was registered way back in 2024. Based on the serial number, the headset was manufactured in 2021 and was registered in 2024. There is a risk that products purchased from non authorized resellers are often counterfeit or re-boxed goods. I would suggest that you get in touch with your reseller for a refund. Unfortunately, we do not have spare 7.1 Surround activation codes. There have been several reports of counterfeit Blackshark V2 X's who encountered the same issue as you did. All of which with serial numbers allegedly manufactured in 2021. Just send me a PM for any other concerns.
