I purchased a viper 8khz from a reputated store in bangladesh and used it for two months now however before some day the left side macro button went inside and is not clickable like before so i tried claiming warranty which was provided for 1 year from that store which is Skyland computers BD as i took the mouse to them they saw the serial number under the mouse is kinda erased and they told we cant help you as the serial number is not clear and now the mouse is unusable to me so what should i do
