Problem entering product key

hello, good morning, good afternoon, good night for anyone reading right now. I would like a small solution to the problem that I found just now. as I recently purchased my "Razer kraken" headset, installed it on my computer, and downloaded "THX Spatial audio" for better use of my headset the problem I find now is when I try to enter the product key, it says it is invalid

i found out it was my mistake to put a different key in different app how do i close this?

Which Krakens do you have exactly? If V3/V3 Pro - then THX Spatial app is embedded into Synapse and no activation needed. If some older model / lower model they might require 7.1 Surround app.
