Problem getting an activation key

Hello everyone, I wanted to ask this question, there is no activation key for 7.1 surround sound in the box, I tried to register my headphones, it says that they are already registered, I don’t know how to get the code. Headphones: Razer Blacksharv v2 x. Help me solve the problem please

If they’re already registered, and it’s a brand new headset - then it may be a fake.

I’d return it and get it from more viable source than aliexpress/amazon (3rd party sellers) etc.
