Which Razer keyboard do you have, and does this also happen without Synapse running in the background? Do send me the serial number along with a list of troubleshooting steps you've taken so far. For now, try connecting the keyboard to another USB port or a different computer if possible and follow the steps provided on this link. Let me know how that goes.
