hi,21/06/ i buy a razer deathadder 2013,so i installed synapse 2 and it find the device but it say "your prdutc is not eligeble for registration,please register this product trough synapse"i go to the website but it say your serial number is unknow so i tried with my razer kraken pro and the same "your serial number is unknow"i need help

    When and where did you purchase the device? Please send me both serial numbers of your device via PM. I can use them to verify the details here on my end. Save it via Google Drive or any online storage account and paste the link to your PM.
