Problem Razer Naga Trinity


I bought a Razer Trinity mouse and had no luck with it. I requested RMA, since I live in Brazil. From what I understand, they exchanged it and sent me another one or repaired it. Shortly after, it started to have problems again. Now, when the mouse pointer turns on, it stops at the top corner of the screen and it keeps turning on and off. Since then, it has been stopped for a long time. I have tried to contact it and have not received any support. A brand that gives people credibility simply no longer gives me confidence in its products. I will post the photos that I still have of the RMA.I have other images, but I couldn't post them all.
