Problem registering my new razer goliathus extended chroma | Razer Insider

Hi there guys, im having problems on registering my new razer goliathus extended chroma, when i fill the registration page I get a message of invalid product number, eventhough i have double checked on my device i also have noticed that there is no product No, i only have the model No on the back.



and in cannot see the mouse pad on the razer synapse app.



Please help me!
