Problem to update my razer nari ultimate

I have the same issue. Headset works normally 999.9% of the time) but cannot update the firmware using the downloaded updater. Nothing works, uninstalling all razer software etc.. 

I have the same problem. I want to update the firmware hoping it will fix some mic issues. The dongle is not recognized in the firmware update program, making the update impossible.

The pairing utility works, detecting both the headset via charging cable and the dongle.

Then resetting, going to the firmware updater and still not detecting the dongle

The Nari Dongle Recovery tool also works, detecting the dongle etc

I tried every single USB port on my computer, both USB2 and USB3. Even tried via 2 different, verified working, USB hubs. Verified the charging cable (for the headset itself) is working with other USB devices.

Every time i try the firmware update i get stuck here:

A bit of checking, seems like my headset is model 02670, the firmware update is for model  02680. not sure if the update will cover both models or if it is only for the 02680 model

Razer confirmed that the firmware update does not cover the model I have.. so not sure where to go from here…  Out of warranty and return options so … 

I had this headset for years, still happy with it, but i wish we could get some update to fix a few issues. My main issue is the microphone being too low or not working. 

I will still use it but strange we cant get fixes
