Problem validating and activating 7.1 surround sound

Hi, a few days ago I bought the Razer Blackshark v2 X headphones, I downloaded the 7.1 Surround Sound application and when I opened it and entered the code that came with the headphones "it tells me that the code is not valid" and I can't activate it. I wanted to know how I can solve this problem?
