    I put the wireless charging puck on but I have no idea why it’s not charging. Pls help
    If the mouse is detected in Razer Synapse 3.0 via cable, please reset it though the Razer Synapse 3.0 settings, then check if you can charge the mouse again. Otherwise, please perform a Razer Synapse 3.0 clean re-installation. You may also try connecting the wireless charger to another computer and replicate the bahavior.
