My girlfriend gave me new blackshark v2 x I've been using them since May 15th without 7.1 sound and today I wanted to activate it, but when I enter the data to register my headphones I get an error: this razer product is already registered, please help, I didn't register them, but it gives me an error

Please send me a PM together with your device's serial number so I can check its details here in our system and assist you further. Also, please send me a picture/screenshot of the error message that you receive when you try to register your device. You can upload the photo to your Google Drive and send me the link.
