Hello Everyone
I received a Razer BlackShark V2 as a gift, registered it to my Razer account, and received the activation code via email. However, when trying to activate the key for the 7.1 usage, I get the error: "The code you entered seems to be invalid. Please try again."
I am copying it using Ctrl C + Ctrl V to ensure there are no typing errors.
