PROBLEM WITH 7.1 SURROUND SOUND

Hi guys I have Kraken v.2 and I have big problems installing 7.1 surround sound. I dont know what my acctivation code because I threw away original box (bought it 2 yrs ago). my free support and waranty is over so I cant get help there either. I have tried to go to razer ID and there are backup codes but none of this works as activation code in the 7.1 surround. reason why I reinstalled app is problems with sound: If i choose relatek sound it works great, but as soon as I choose razer as sound output I hear awful cracking sound like electricity.
