Hello. I purchased BLACKSHARK V2 X headphones and wanted to activate them for 7.1 surround sound, but when registering the headphones on the website, I received this notification: "This product has already been registered. If you have not registered it, please contact Razer support." I haven't registered the headphones themselves yet. Please help me, I really want to enjoy the full sound of the new headphones and it will be very sad if this does not happen.
