Problem with activation code

Greetings I recently buy a new Razer Kraken X, I already used my activation code from card I've got, for the 7.1 surround sound app. After a month ago I sold my headset to the friend, and he tried to activate the code and it says it is already in use, but then we come to the problem because I thought if I delete my account on which I am already activated my code that he will have permission to the code again. Is that any possible way to get another activation code for the following software, I have all required documentation for the headphones if it is needed. Wish you all the best. Thanks in advance.
