so, my friend bought me a blackshark v2x as a gift. unfortunately he passed away days later. as a result i never used his gift since today.
now the problem is, i tried to activate it today and it says it's already activated, but i never opened the box. how can i solve my problem ?
*I'm sure he didn't used it because the box wasn't touched.
