I'm experiencing a couple of issues with my headset registration. First, I did not receive an activation code in the package. Second, when I attempted to register the headset, I received a message stating it was already registered, even though I haven’t registered it before. I checked the app, but it shows that the headset is not registered. Additionally, I was unable to find a support email for assistance.
Is there anyone who could help me resolve this?
