I just got Blackshark V2 X. The headset is working fine, but my Windows 11 cannot detect the microphone. I have tried updating and reinstalling my Realtek drivers, but nothing helps. The microphone is not even displayed in the input devices. Since my laptop only has one jack port, I can’t use a splitter cable. I have tested the headset with the phone, and the microphone is working fine, but it seems my system cannot detect it. Can anyone help me with this issue? Thank you!
