Hi everyone today i recieved my deathadder v2 and i am having a problem when i use it

first i felt i couldn't aim so good in games and it was weird i thought i might just have to get used to a new mouse

after abit more time of playing i realised when moving the mouse left and right it moves in a curve

if i move it in straight line to the right it goes right and down

and if i move it to the left it moves left and down

i was pretty sure the problem was with the sensor or something, i've disabled any calibrations and disabled windows pointer accelration updated firmware and everything



after all of that i actually took a closer look of what's hapenning on the mousepad itself

when i move my hand with the mouse, the mouse feet/skates/glides are grabbing the pad a bit too hard which causes the mouse to move like the shape of the mouse feet (half moon shape)



therefor when moving right the mouse moves right and down in circuler line and same for the left side, left and down

when i'm playing i am really trying not to let the mouse move this way but its just not possible the skates are really grabbing the mousepad forcing the mouse to move this way



any idea what i could do about this issue?

this mouse is not usuable for me .. hopping to recieve any help
