Hello, I have a problem with charging my Deathadder V3 Pro mouse. I connect the mouse for charging, but it won't charge and keeps blinking red, even though the cable is working because I tested it on other devices. Please respond quickly.

Hi DarkPinktruckurban520,

A Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro that blinks red while plugged in indicates that the battery is below 5% and not receiving a sufficient charge, even if the cable seems to work. Try the below steps to resolve issue:

  1. Flip the mouse over to access the power button.
  2. Hold down the power/DPI button for 5–10 seconds.
  3. If a white light blinks, the device has rebooted, and you can plug it back in to charge.
  4. Ensure the cable is inserted firmly into the mouse. Push it in until you feel a distinct "click".
  5. Clean the USB-C port on the mouse using a compressed air can or a toothpick to ensure no dust is blocking the connection.
  6. Plug the cable directly into the USB port on your motherboard (back of the PC), not a USB hub, monitor, or front-panel port.
  7. Test with another cable: Even if your cable works for other devices, it may not be delivering the proper voltage for the Razer mouse.

If none of the above steps resolve the issue, please PM me your Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro's SN: (Follow steps here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/548/~/how-to-find-the-serial%2C-product%2C-or-part-number-on-a-razer-device) Link of your receipt in a PDF format: (Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4011?_ga=2.197232171.544708261.1744067200-1885068520.1744067200&_gl=1*vo487o*_ga_3TRK53PM75*MTc0NDA2NzE5OS4xLjEuMTc0NDA2NzM0My4yNC4wLjA).
